Process
The key to creating successful digital products is understanding the needs and goals of the users.
My process starts with research, where we gather information about the target audience and their pain points.
Next, I use this information to create information architecture, sitemap, user persona, wireframes, and prototypes.
Research
Unlock the power of user insights with UX research and methodology.
I specialize in uncovering the needs and behaviors of your target audience through a variety of research techniques in both Qualitative and Quantitative research methods
Interviews
Conducting one-on-one conversation with users to gather insights about thier need, behaviors,& pain points
User Testing
To evaluate the usability and effectiveness of a product by observing real users as they interact with it, gathering feedback and identifying any issues that need to be addressed.
A/B Testing
Method used to determine which version of a design or user interface is more effective by randomly showing different versions to users and comparing the results
Eye Tracking
Using data and metrics to understand how users interact with a website or digital product, such as by tracking clicks, scrolling, and time spent on specific pages, in order to identify areas of improvement and optimize the user experience.
Ideate & Design
I help companies to design and prototype visual elements, interactions and user flows to represent a digital product.
I am experienced in creating design systems and interactive elements to create a representation of the final product, that can be tested and validated before development.
In order to capture our results from research, I create a rough layout of the product including main sections, navigation, and content areas. This can happen on many different tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Invision, or other wireframing tools.
Prototyping is the next step in the process of creating a design system, interactions and user flows to represent a digital product. It is a crucial stage in the process to build interactive elements to create a representation of the final product, that can be tested and validated before development.

Testing & iteration is the process of evaluating the effectiveness and usability of a design or product by gathering feedback from users, identifying areas for improvement, and making necessary adjustments, in order to optimize the user experience and achieve the desired outcome.
Delivery
UX deliverables are the documents and artifacts that are created and shared throughout the UX process, such as research reports, wireframes, prototypes, user personas, user journeys, and design guidelines, which are used to communicate design decisions, validate assumptions and provide the development team a clear understanding of what is to be built.
